For expedited triage and verified case tracking, rights holders and authorized agents are strongly encouraged to use our authenticated Rights Reporting Form. If submitting a notice by email, your communication must be written and include substantially the following information pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A):
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

- Identification of the Material at Issue: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (specifically, the public URL on TheCrazyGM).
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
- Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
TheCrazyGM operates an auditable rights review engine that ensures swift protection for rights holders while safeguarding creators against bad-faith or mistaken claims:
- Human Operator Triage: Reports are reviewed by human operators; automated signals or accusations do not remove content automatically.
- Temporary Restriction: Credible or urgent reports may trigger a temporary access restriction while the review is active.
- Creator Remediation: Contributors can author an independent clean replacement version in The Forge and reclaim their canonical URL upon review. See Remediating a Disputed Record.
- Educational & Legal Guides: Consult our detailed walkthroughs on Rights Complaints & Takedowns, Responding to a Rights Notice, and Filing a Rights Inquiry Responsibly.
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), TheCrazyGM has adopted and reasonably enforces a policy providing for the suspension or termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers of copyright.
We maintain an append-only audit trail of substantiated claims and evaluate prior history, contributor responses, and the credibility of complaints before terminating accounts. For additional details, see our Terms of Service.
