By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

• You are responsible for your use of the site and for activity conducted through your account.
• You must provide accurate account information to the extent required for account creation and maintenance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying the operator if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to use the site to:

• Break the law or infringe another person's rights.
• Upload or submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or malicious material.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, abuse APIs or forms, scrape protected data, interfere with other users, or disrupt the service.
• Upload malware, run automated abuse, attempt privilege escalation, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Use the site to impersonate another person or falsely represent an affiliation, identity, or endorsement.

You retain whatever rights you hold in content you submit, but you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, adapt for formatting, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, improve, archive, and promote the site and its services.

• You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate law, contract, or third-party rights.
• The operator may remove, hide, edit for formatting, or refuse content at its discretion, especially for moderation, safety, legal, or technical reasons.

The site may include account-linked balances, logs, or virtual-value features such as gold, mithril, game outcomes, and related history.

• Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, in-site balances and virtual items are platform features only and are not bank accounts, stored-value accounts, securities, or guaranteed redeemable assets.
• The operator may correct obvious errors, reverse abusive activity, suspend transactions, or restrict wallet features to protect the platform and its users.
• You may not use wallet or game systems for fraud, laundering, abuse, or other prohibited conduct.

If you believe a public record contains material that is being used without the necessary permission, use our rights-reporting form or contact support@thecrazygm.com with enough information for us to locate and review it.

• Include the record URL or identifier and identify the specific material at issue.
• Explain your relationship to the rights involved and provide supporting information where available.
• Tell us what action you are requesting and provide a reply address so we can follow up.

We may ask the contributor for information, temporarily restrict access while we review a credible or urgent report, remove or restore material, or escalate an unclear matter. This contact path is a general rights-reporting process; it is not a representation that the site has adopted a jurisdiction-specific notice-and-counter-notice procedure. We do not make independent legal ownership determinations based only on an accusation or an automated signal.

We may suspend or terminate an account, and may restrict or remove its submissions, when we receive multiple substantiated reports of copyright infringement or other repeated rights violations associated with that account.

• We consider the specific record, the information provided by the reporter, the contributor's response, and the history of prior substantiated reports.
• We may act before a matter is finally resolved when a report presents a credible or urgent risk, and may restore access when the report is withdrawn, resolved, or shown to be mistaken.
• We do not treat an accusation or an automated signal alone as a final legal finding.

The site includes a mix of proprietary material, user-submitted material, and Open Game Content. The dedicated legal and OGL pages control the site's Product Identity, Open Game Content designation, and Section 15 notices.

• Except where expressly designated otherwise, site branding, presentation, original lore, and proprietary content remain reserved.
• Nothing in these Terms overrides the Open Game License where OGL material is expressly designated and distributed under that license.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The operator makes no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunities, or virtual value arising from or related to your use of the site.

• The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the site or any account at any time for safety, technical, legal, or policy reasons.
• The site and its features may change, pause, or end without prior notice.
• We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a specific provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
