This is a Swashbuckler Deed — a class feature gained through that class's own talent choices, not a feat you pick through normal feat selection.
When an opponent attempts a melee attack against her, she can, as an immediate action, spend 1 panache to move 5 feet, gaining a dodge bonus to AC equal to her Charisma modifier (minimum 0) against the triggering attack. The attack is still resolved as if she had not moved. This movement is not a 5-foot step and provokes attacks of opportunity from creatures other than the triggering one. Only usable in light or no armor and carrying no more than a light load.
