Heroic Leader

When you or your animal companion, cohort, eidolon, familiar, or mount reduces an opponent with a CR equal to or greater than your character level to 0 or fewer hit points, you and all of your animal companions, cohorts, eidolons, familiars, or mounts within 30 feet gain a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 1 minute. The bonus increases by 1 for every 5 character levels you possess (to a maximum of +5 at 20th level).
