This spell functions like symbol of death, except that all creatures within 60 feet of the symbol of slowing must succeed at a Will save or be slowed for 1 round per caster level.
Unlike symbol of death, symbol of slowing has no hit point limit; once triggered, it simply remains active for 10 minutes per caster level.
