Damage Reduction (Universal Monster Rule)

This is a Universal Monster Rule — a class feature gained through that class's own talent choices, not a feat you pick through normal feat selection.

A creature with this special quality ignores damage from most weapons and natural attacks. The creature takes normal damage from weapons and natural attacks that are made of a material specified in the damage reduction, that have an alignment that bypasses the reduction (if any), or that are a magic weapon (if the reduction can be bypassed by magic weapons).
