When an opponent makes a melee attack against her, she can spend 1 panache and expend an attack of opportunity to attempt a parry: an attack roll (as an attack of opportunity), taking -2 per size category the attacker is larger. If her result beats the attacker's, the attack automatically misses. On a successful parry, if she has at least 1 panache, she can as an immediate action make an attack against that creature if it is within reach. This deed's cost cannot be reduced by any effect.
