This is a Swashbuckler Deed — a class feature gained through that class's own talent choices, not a feat you pick through normal feat selection.

While she has at least 1 panache point, she adds her swashbuckler level to damage dealt with a light or one-handed piercing melee weapon (not natural attacks). She cannot attack with a weapon in her other hand or use a shield other than a buckler, and can use it with such thrown weapons within 30 feet. Immunity to sneak attacks or critical hits grants immunity to this precision damage; it is not multiplied on a critical hit. As a swift action she can spend 1 panache to double the bonus on her next attack (must be used before end of turn). This deed's cost cannot be reduced by any effect.
