On a hit, in addition to normal damage: Arms -- target drops one carried item (no damage); Head -- confused 1 round (mind-affecting); Legs -- knocked prone (immune if 4+ legs or immune to trip); Torso or Wings -- staggered 1 round. Immunity to sneak attacks or critical hits grants immunity.
