This is a Rage Power — a class feature gained through that class's own talent choices, not a feat you pick through normal feat selection.
Once per round while raging, whenever you make an attack against a construct, you can ignore an amount of that construct's hardness equal to your barbarian level. This ability must be used before the attack roll is made. This power stacks with hard hitter.
